I Can't Get Refunds From Travelgenio.com, I Can't Reach Them

I bought a flight ticket from travelgenio.com in 2020. They did not refund my money when the flights were canceled during the pandemic. First, they said that when the airline company returns the money to us, we will refund it, but now I can't communicate in any way. Their websites are not working, they are not returning e-mails, nor are they picking up the phones. I guess they quit the business? Can you help me? I need to know what happened to them and also what'll happen to my money?? Will they ever refund it or is it a case of another fraudster?? There has to be a way to stop these people robbing us, it can't be that easy...
