Where's My Refund Travelocity? Canceled Flight Due To Their Mistake!

After booking flights through your platform, I had to cancel because of problems that were your fault, not mine, got an email confirming that I would get my money back, but I still haven't seen it in my account. This lack of responsibility on your part is not okay. The flight was cancelled because of your mistake, with technical problems... thx to your talents, I no longer have the money originally invested, which has caused me a lot of trouble and financial stress as I wasn't able to enjoy my planned trip because I had to spend more time and money making other plans. The only things this situation has done for me are make me angry and sad. I expect Travelocity to take full responsibility for its mistakes and give me my refund right away. Not doing that shows that you care about your customers and are honest as a business.
