TransferGo Marked €150 as Sent but Money Never Arrived in My Revolut Account
On September 20, 2025, my boyfriend sent €150 from Turkey to my Revolut account in Germany via TransferGo. Today is September 25, and the money has still not reached my account. In the TransferGo system, the transaction appears as “sent,” but no payment has been received on my end. I had experienced similar delays before, but this time the money seems to have completely disappeared. I tried to reach TransferGo customer service, but I could not get any response. This situation has caused me distress, and I request that the transferred amount be credited to my account as soon as possible. I urgently ask for this issue to be resolved and for clear information to be provided to me.
