TransferGo Didn’t Complete My Transfer on Time

On November 10, 2025, I requested a €850 money transfer to my Enpara account through the TransferGo application. Although the transaction was supposed to be completed within a few hours, today is the third day, and the funds still haven’t arrived.
The transfer reference number is #62489830.
Because of this delay, I have been unable to pay my bills and have suffered financial inconvenience. When I contacted TransferGo customer support, I only received an automated message saying:
“Oh, I see your transfer is delayed. Sorry about that. I will find an agent to check it for you.”
However, no real solution or follow-up was provided.
This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue, and since the transfer was not completed within the time frame promised by TransferGo, I request that my problem be resolved urgently. I ask that the transfer be completed as a priority, or—if that’s not possible—that my money be fully refunded without any deductions.
