Hello,

On January 27, 2025, I requested a $414 withdrawal via Tango. Later that day, at 11:57 PM, I received a confirmation message stating that the transaction was successfully completed and that the funds had been transferred to my wallet.

However, as of January 31, 2025, the amount has still not arrived in my Enpara account. This delay is unacceptable, and I need immediate clarification on why the funds have not been credited.

Please investigate this issue urgently and provide an update on the status of my withdrawal. I expect prompt action and a resolution as soon as possible.

Dear Şikayetvar Team, I am writing about an unresolved issue with a payment transfer I attempted from the Tango app to my bank account. Below are the responses I received from the relevant parties during this process: 1. Bank Response: My bank stated that no payment was received for the transfer of 414 dollars and that there is no pending transaction. They advised me to contact the sender. 2. Airwallex Response: Airwallex (intermediary payment provider) stated that they could not assist further on this matter and that I should contact Tango Support. 3. Tango Confirmation: Tango informed me that my withdrawal request was completed and that 414 dollars were successfully sent. Despite all these responses, the payment has still not reached my bank account. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue and ensuring the payment is successfully processed. I am attaching all relevant evidence (emails from the bank, Airwallex, and Tango). Thank you in advance for your assistance.
