My TransferGO Payment Failed, Rent Payment Not Processed

My mother sent rent money to the landlord through TransferGO, but the payment has not gone through. The rent urgently needs to be paid and transferred. TransferGO is showing that the transaction has failed or wasn't processed.

Can you please help? This is very urgent, and we need to ensure the money is sent as soon as possible. My mother initiated the payment on the 1st of the month. Could you please check this transaction and help resolve the issue? We need an immediate response.
