Even though all the sender’s details were correct and the payment was confirmed, my TransferGo transfer has still not been credited to my IBAN after more than 13 hours. This has left me in an extremely difficult situation, as I urgently need access to these funds.
The payment ID is #578179. When I contacted support, I was told that the payment was being held for “security reasons.” However, this explanation does not make sense, as the sender is my family member, and there are absolutely no security issues on either side. The money was sent properly, and there is no reason for it to be delayed this long.
Instead of helping, TransferGo has been unresponsive and provided no real solution. I trusted this platform to deliver a safe and fast international transfer, but this experience has left me feeling both misled and regretful.
I demand that TransferGo immediately release the payment into my IBAN and provide a clear explanation of why the transaction was delayed. Customers should not be left stranded without their money, especially when there are no valid reasons for the delay.
