I used the Track718 tracking service for my shipment with tracking number CTTY202386581***, which is supposed to be delivered to me in St. Croix. Today, the tracking status changed to “delivered,” but I have not received any package at my address. Despite this delivery scan, there was no knock at my door, no package left at my residence, and no delivery notice. I contacted the relevant parties to report that the parcel is marked as delivered even though I did not receive it, but I have not received any response so far. I request that this shipment be urgently investigated, that it be clearly determined where and to whom it was delivered, and that either my package be delivered to me without further delay or I be offered an appropriate solution such as a replacement or refund. I also expect a written explanation regarding how this incorrect “delivered” status occurred and why my earlier messages have gone unanswered.
