Track718 Shows Package as Delivered but Item Never Arrived
I was tracking my shipment with the tracking number QLD000402109CN through Track718. Although the system shows that the shipment was delivered on December 26, 2025, no product was delivered to me. The shipment belongs to order number 15157, which I placed with the seller aloga**.
When I contacted Track718 about the issue, they responded by stating that they are only a package tracking platform, giving the impression that they have no cooperation with the seller and do not accept responsibility. However, since I was directed to this tracking system during the ordering process, I believe I have been harmed by incorrect or misleading tracking information. I neither received my product nor was I given a clear explanation regarding the shipment that is marked as delivered.
I request that Track718 clearly explain how and from which source the delivery status for this shipment was obtained, that they take responsibility for incorrect or misleading “delivered” records, and that they transparently disclose their relationship or integration with the seller. I also ask that they coordinate with both the seller and the relevant logistics company to provide a concrete resolution regarding the whereabouts of my product and to remedy my situation.
