Toyota Corolla Radiator Repair Delay

Four months ago, I purchased a 2023 model Toyota Corolla. Unfortunately, due to a collision with a dog, the radiator sustained damage. I left my car at the Toyota service center in Edirne about a month and a half ago. Initially, I was told it would be ready by May 15th, but later, I was informed that I would need to wait until the end of the month. We've been waiting for two months just because of a single part. Regrettably, the Toyota service center in Edirne is providing the worst service experience I've ever encountered.
