Toyota Fails to Warn About Dead Batteries in Its 2019 Corolla Hybrid
I regret to say that this complaint marks my third within the past 15 days regarding the service at Toyota Borovalı. The first complaint dates back to August 14, 2023, when I had the 105,000 km maintenance done at Toyota Borovalı service. My second complaint was submitted after receiving no response from the same service, leading me to reach out directly to Toyota Türkiye. Now, this third complaint arises from a recent incident on August 31, 2023. While at my summer house in Güzelçamlı, my 2019 Toyota Corolla Hybrid suddenly failed to start due to a dead battery. Mutlu Battery came to the rescue, promptly replacing the battery and resolving the issue. Interestingly, Mutlu Battery's authorized service raised a valid question: "If you had your Toyota Borovalı service just two weeks ago, why didn't they detect the battery problem and inform you?" I echo this question and seek answers from Toyota Borovalı. It seems they may be servicing vehicles without a clear plan, potentially overlooking crucial issues. Your response is eagerly anticipated.
