Toyota Corolla Battery Issue Was Ignored For 3 Years and Now No Records Found
Hello After 1.5 years of my Toyota Corolla brand vehicle, which I bought from the Bursa Akkoyunlu dealer in 2021, I noticed that all the lights in the console lamps were on during ignition. I expressed this problem at the 2nd annual maintenance, they said that they measured the battery and that there was no problem. Later, although the problem continued, my vehicle ignited and it was said that there was no problem. I didn't care much, then I mentioned the same problem again at the 3rd year maintenance, they stated that they measured the battery again and there was no problem. As of today, the problem started to seem worse and I went to the Bursa Toyota Akkoyunlu dealer to have it checked again and I was told that the battery was defective and the battery's warranty had expired. My vehicle is still under warranty, but I learned today that the battery's warranty is 3 years. In fact, I was even made fun of, asking what we could do. You learned that the faulty battery of my vehicle, which is 3 years and 31 thousand km old, is my problem. Besides, I go to the authorized service regularly for maintenance, and when I asked for the records of these operations, I learned that there were no old records. While doing the maintenance, the battery was not checked, but even if it was, no record was kept of it.
