Toyota Delayed My Repair for 30 Days and Provided Poor Quality Service

The issue I experienced with the service stems from significant delays, poor repair quality, and misleading communication. Toyota’s authorized service initially promised to repair my vehicle within 15 days, but this timeline was extended to 30 days without any valid explanation, causing major inconvenience. Additionally, I was misled by staff who claimed that previous damage to the vehicle could be repaired under my earlier insurance policy. This turned out to be false, leading to unnecessary delays. The quality of the repair was also subpar, with visible assembly errors and paint defects that required further rework. These issues, combined with conflicting and unprofessional communication, resulted in financial losses from extra car rental expenses and significant lost time. The overall experience highlighted serious shortcomings in service quality, customer communication, and operational efficiency.
