I purchased a brand new Toyota Corolla in 2020, and in July 2022, I had to replace the battery under warranty. However, shortly after replacement, the new battery began causing issues. Upon contacting the authorized service center, I was informed that the battery had reached the end of its lifespan and needed to be replaced again. Moreover, I was told that I was entitled to only one battery replacement under warranty. It's disheartening to receive this response for a battery that was replaced at the same authorized service center less than two years ago and hasn't even completed its expected lifespan. I don't want to face the same problem again before two years have passed since the installation of the current battery. If the battery you installed fails before two years, I don't want to risk getting stranded again by purchasing the same battery. Unfortunately, the service center's lack of proactive solutions despite regular maintenance is disappointing.
