In 2020, I purchased a brand new Corolla. Before the warranty expired, we faced a battery problem, got stranded on the road, and had the battery replaced under warranty. However, approximately a year and a half later, I encountered the same issue again, and when I went to the service center, they claimed that the replaced part was no longer under warranty. It seems they lack confidence in their own products. But this is a Toyota product, and every replaced part should come with a 2-year warranty.
According to the service center, even if the replaced part fails the next day, it's not covered under warranty. This is unacceptable and doesn't befit a global giant like Toyota. I had to resort to getting it fixed at an outside private service center. I demand that the inconvenience I've experienced be rectified.
