My 2011 Toyota Corolla Paint Is Peeling And Service Ignores Me
I am absolutely outraged with Toyota and their Onatça service center in Adana! I own a 2011 Toyota Corolla, and back in January, I brought it in because the paint was peeling. They took pictures, told me they'd get approval, and promised to call me back. Well, it's been six months now, and I've heard absolutely nothing! My car's paint has gotten significantly worse; it's practically falling apart, making the car look almost undrivable.
This is completely unacceptable for a supposedly reliable brand like Toyota. The paint defect is clearly a manufacturing issue, and the Onatça service center's complete lack of follow-through and communication is infuriating. I'm left with a vehicle that looks terrible, and its value is plummeting because of this unresolved problem.
Toyota, I am calling on the relevant authorities and management to address this immediately! Provide me with an update on my 2011 Toyota Corolla's paint issue now! This delay is inexcusable, and I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution, including the necessary repairs to my car's paintwork. Stop ignoring your loyal customers and fix this problem!
