Toyota Reduced the Price of My Corolla Cross Flame Right After I Bought It
Dear Toyota Customer Service, I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding an issue with our recent purchase of a Toyota Corolla Cross Flame. After two years of careful planning and saving we purchased the vehicle on January 29 2025 from Sonkar Plaza in Turkey for ₺1850000. However just two days later the new starting price was announced as ₺1780000 with additional discounts likely being offered. This means that in a matter of days we suffered a financial loss of at least ₺100000 a significant amount that cannot simply be overlooked. We find it unacceptable that such drastic price reductions occur immediately after a purchase without any prior indication. If we had been informed we could have made a different decision. This situation has severely shaken our trust in Toyota a brand we have relied on for 13 years. Unlike missing out on a minor discount for a small retail item this is a major financial burden for a family that has been loyal to Toyota and spent two years saving for this car. We strongly believe this is an unfair practice and demand an immediate resolution to compensate for our financial loss. Furthermore if there is any legal ground for pursuing our rights in this matter we will not hesitate to take the necessary steps. We expect your urgent response and a fair resolution to restore our confidence in Toyota.
