Toyota Did Not Deliver the Corolla Cross I Reserved Online
On July 30, 2025, I used the Toyota Online Reservation System to reserve a Granite Gray Toyota Corolla Cross 1.8 Hybrid Passion Package from the Bursa Çavdarlı Authorized Dealership, priced at ₺2,069,000, with a ₺30,000 deposit. When I later contacted the dealership by phone, they told me that they did not have such a vehicle in stock and claimed it was a system error. I explained that a vehicle not in stock should not be reservable through the Online Reservation System and suggested that they had likely sold the vehicle to someone else, but they denied it. If I cannot purchase the vehicle I reserved through the official system, I do not understand why Toyota—a brand known for global reliability and one I have trusted and driven for 16 years—would offer such a reservation platform. I demand compensation for this grievance and request that the vehicle be made available to me at the reserved price.
