Toyota Corolla 1.5 Flame X Coolant Warning and Warranty Problem

Hello, I purchased a Toyota Corolla 1.5 Flame X from a Turkey-Izmir Toyota dealer in January 2023. Last night, around 8 o'clock, my vehicle gave a coolant warning, and I immediately pulled over and called the Toyota Roadside Assistance number to have it towed to an authorized service center. After a wait of 3-3.5 hours, the tow truck arrived, and the car was taken to the authorized service center named Toyota Borovalı in Izmir. The next day (today), I was informed that there was a puncture in the rear part of the radiator, and they claimed it was due to a user error. However, there were no accidents, impacts, or any other incidents that could have caused this damage. It is beyond belief to receive a response stating it was a user error. They demanded a repair fee of 16,000.00-TL from me. Despite offering a 10-year warranty for the car, Toyota failed to take responsibility for this issue. My request is for Toyota Turkey to immediately rectify this mistake.
