On May 16, 2025, we purchased a Toyota Corolla 1.5 Vision Plus under my spouse’s name. Shockingly, on the very first day, we encountered multiple issues with a vehicle that was supposed to be brand new.
While reversing, we noticed that the left reverse light wasn’t functioning at all—a basic feature that should have been checked before delivery. That same day, we took the vehicle for an independent inspection, and the report revealed a minor dent on the front left fender.
How is it possible that a newly purchased car already has body damage and a malfunctioning light? This clearly points to a lack of proper quality control or transparency during delivery.
Toyota, I expect immediate action—repair the faulty reverse light, clarify the origin of the dent, and offer compensation or an official explanation for selling a car in this condition. We trusted your brand for reliability, but this experience is extremely disappointing.
