Toyota Corolla 2024 Front Bumper Cracked Without Any Impact

I purchased my 2024 Toyota Corolla 1.8 Hybrid Dream. Before even a year had passed, a spontaneous crack appeared on the front bumper in an unrelated area. This damage occurred despite the fact that I have never been involved in any accident, collision, or impact with the vehicle. Believing it would be covered under warranty, I took the car to the dealership where I purchased it, but I received little to no attention. Even though I requested a written and technical explanation regarding the cause of the bumper crack, no document was provided. The service staff themselves admitted that the crack appeared in an unusual and illogical place, yet no solution was offered. Despite my specific request for the car to be examined by a technician, they only pretended to do so and did not conduct a proper inspection. A manager initially stated that it might be a manufacturing defect but later contradicted himself by claiming, without any evidence, that it could have been caused by hitting a curb. No technical report was provided to support this claim. I clearly state that my vehicle has never been scraped or hit anywhere. Although the dealership promised a customer-oriented approach during the warranty period, even such a minor manufacturing defect in the bumper was not covered, and my grievance remains unresolved. This attitude contradicts Toyota’s principles of quality and customer satisfaction. Photos are attached, and I request that the bumper be replaced with an original one free of charge and that my issue be resolved.
