2023 Toyota Corolla Cross Window & Lock Buttons Have No Backlight

I own a 2023 Toyota Corolla Cross and have been a Toyota customer for 10 years because I trust the brand’s quality. However, I am extremely disappointed that such a feature-packed vehicle is missing a basic but critical function—there is no backlight on the window and door lock buttons at night.
I have reported this issue to customer service and even reached out on social media, but Toyota refuses to acknowledge it as a problem. This is a serious safety concern because fumbling for buttons in the dark is distracting and can lead to accidents. Even my 2008 Toyota Avensis had illuminated controls, so why does this newer model lack them?
Toyota, listen to your customers! Many drivers are frustrated by this issue, and I expect Toyota to offer a solution to correct this oversight instead of ignoring customer feedback!

Toyota Turkey customer indifference I have a 2023 Corolla Cross hybrid vehicle, in the 2024 models Android Auto CarPlay connects wirelessly, in the 2023 models it connects with a cable. Same vehicle, same multimedia system, same version, this is a system that can be solved with just a software update. We call Toyota Turkey and they say there is no such update, you can see the update in Toyota notifications. What do you do as Toyota Turkey, do you only call vehicle owners when it is time for service? In short, Toyota Turkey customer service has terrible customer representation. A Japanese marvel vehicle like Toyota cannot have such an indifferent country representation, it is not acceptable.
