Touché Privé Refunded Me Late and $4 Short for My Return
I purchased a skirt from Touché Privé through their online store. Although I returned the skirt in June or July, the refund was only processed on Thursday, November 13. Even after waiting such a long time, I noticed that the refund amount was short by $4. My order number is #798639.
Although the refund was issued to my bank card, I have received no explanation as to why the missing amount was not paid. The inconvenience I experienced throughout this process and the company’s lack of responsibility have been extremely disappointing.
I request that the missing $4 be paid to me as soon as possible.
