I Returned a Touche Prive Item on April 10 but Still Haven’t Received My Refund

I ordered a product from Touche Prive, but the size didn’t fit, so I returned it promptly. It’s now been nearly a month since I sent it back on April 10, and I’m still waiting for my refund. Nothing has been deposited into my account, and there’s been zero communication from the company.

When I try calling their customer service, no one ever answers. It's clear that they’re making refunds as difficult as possible, while new orders are shipped out immediately without delay. They’re quick to take your money, but when it comes to giving it back, they disappear.

At this point, I’m seriously considering taking the issue to the Consumer Arbitration Board because it seems like the only way to get my money back.

Touche Prive, process my refund without further excuses. Customers shouldn’t have to fight this hard to get their money returned. Treat your buyers with respect and fix your refund process.

The products of the Touche brand are nice, and when you buy a product online, the shipping times are also good and fast. However, the return process is very slow. The return is accepted, but the refund is paid very late. You have to follow up a lot, call, and send messages, which is a hassle. I would like to see improvements on this issue and, of course, I want the refund amounts for the products I returned. Order no 755222 Order no 767890 I have two returns.
