Touché Privé Ignored My Refund Request for Two Months
Touche Privé has been a complete disappointment for me. It has been two months since I bought and returned the item, and despite my numerous attempts to get in touch, I have not received any substantial response. I took the step of reporting the issue to the Consumer Arbitration Committee, thinking it might help expedite the process, yet I still haven't received any clear updates. The most frustrating part is the utter lack of response—I feel completely overlooked. I shouldn't have to pursue a refund that is rightfully mine, both legally and ethically. I have no idea when I’ll receive my refund, and the poor communication is really increasing my frustration. I anticipate my refund will be processed promptly, and I've already provided my return information.
You can't reach these people. They literally seized the money for the products I returned. No response, no refund. They are clearly targeting the income of the conservative segment, and their intentions are obvious. Let the Ministry of Trade sleep on it.
