On July 6, 2023, around 1:30 PM, I went to the Total gas station in Corum city's small industrial site to refuel my vehicle. The refueling attendant entered the incorrect license plate number, and when the cashier attempted to load loyalty points, they informed me that no points would be added due to the incorrect entry. When I informed the refueling attendant of the situation, they assured me that they would fix the problem and load the points appropriately. They took my information and then sent me on my way. Nonetheless, despite their assurances, the loyalty points were never credited to my account. Because I am unable to personally visit the gas station to address the issue and their phone lines are constantly busy, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the behavior of Total gas station in the small industrial site of Corum. Such behavior is unacceptable and contradicts Total's reputation. I demand that the situation be resolved as soon as possible and that the loyalty points be properly credited to my account. I'm posting this here because I couldn't find a suitable contact and I want the situation to be resolved.
