Total Energy's Disappointing Customer Service Experience
For years, I relied on Total Energy's fuel quality and fueled both my commercial and personal vehicles at their stations, even though I had a Total corporate card. However, due to a local municipality decision, the license plate on my commercial vehicle was changed from a standard series to a new one. Despite numerous attempts to contact their Customer Service department to update this information, no action was taken. Because I had three registered vehicles, using my new license plate resulted in the blocking of my Total corporate card. Despite my numerous efforts to resolve this issue, including contacting Total headquarters, no solutions were provided. To make matters worse, I was informed that the large sum I had accumulated on my card had been forfeited. It's incredible that Total Energy, in 2023, can't accommodate a simple license plate change and instead chooses to keep a customer's hard-earned money. This experience has convinced me to switch to a different fuel provider. I sincerely hope that a responsible Total representative can respond to this unfortunate situation.
Dear Customer, We have contacted you regarding your notification and provided the necessary information. Thank you for your interest in our company. We would like to remind you that you can convey any opinions, suggestions, and notifications through the channels mentioned below. - Customer Service - TotalEnergies Stations /mobile application Sincerely,
You blocked my membership because I bought fuel from you, so I cannot reach you through TotalEnergies Stations / mobile application. I don't think any other company would disregard a customer who brings them profit. Apparently, having a license plate change is considered almost a crime. Please provide a reasonable and logical explanation for this. I have conveyed my complaint to you multiple times and mentioned it through this channel as well, but you have neither responded nor found a solution in any way. Why are you blocking my membership? You are also telling us to write to you with the blocked membership. How is this supposed to work?
