On September 4, 2023, I discovered that my Total Club membership was blocked due to logging in from six different license plates. I contacted Total Club Customer Services and requested the removal of the block, explaining that three of the license plates belonged to my vehicles. I updated my vehicle license plates and information through mobile and internet applications due to a vehicle change. Despite continuing to shop at Total stations in the following days, I couldn't process my points due to this issue. Despite numerous calls to customer service, the response remained the same: "Your investigation is still ongoing due to system congestion, and we will definitely get back to you." I can't comprehend why they've been examining this for a month; it seems like they're mocking the customer. They don't take customers seriously or seem to care. It should be straightforward to confirm whether the block has been lifted or not. If my block isn't removed, I'll have to switch to another brand for my purchases, as I won't be able to remain a Total Club member. If I don't receive a prompt response, I'll cancel all Total Club memberships for my wife and family, join another brand, and cease shopping at Total stations.
