Total Station Treated Me Rudely and Refused to Enter My Club Card Number

I had a very unpleasant experience at the Total station with dealer number BAY/454-1179/04489, located on Salih Omurtak Street, Alipaşa Neighborhood, No:23/A in Çorlu. When I asked the attendant to enter my club card number before fueling, he dismissively told me that I should have mentioned it earlier. He then started fueling without adding the card and turned his back. When I asked again, he responded rudely, saying I should just load the points from the receipt. I stopped the fueling, paid, and informed him that I would file a complaint, to which he casually replied, "Complain wherever you want." Another employee even shouted at me, questioning why I was making an issue of it. I refuse to let this disrespect slide and will take further action if necessary. I hope the necessary steps are taken to address this behavior.
