Shell Closed Night Restrooms and Directed Me to Paid Alternatives

I had a terrible experience at the Çorum Vadi Facilities in Turkey, where the night restrooms were unexpectedly closed with no indication of maintenance or cleaning. As a result, I and other customers were forced to utilize the restrooms at a nearby establishment for a fee. It's very annoying to see Shell employees actively guiding customers towards these paid facilities as if trying to slyly divert them elsewhere. Has Shell lost its edge? This level of service is not up to my expectations for a brand that is known for its commitment to quality. I must admit, it's very bad and has left a negative impression on me. I don't think I'll be returning to a Shell station in the future if this is the level of service I can anticipate.
