Toshiba TV Remote Control Not Sent And Fee Charged for Installation

Vestel service technicians installed and assembled my newly purchased 65-inch Toshiba television today. I was pleasantly surprised by their interest and focus. However, I was disappointed to learn that I would have to pay an additional 250 TL for a hanging bracket needed for wall installation, which Vestel does not charge for when installing its own brand products. Furthermore, whereas Vestel brand TVs include a smart remote control as part of the package content if the TV has voice command features, the Toshiba brand TV I purchased did not, despite having the same feature. This is a major concern for me, and I believe it violates the Consumer Rights Act. If I don't get a satisfactory response, I'll file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. Toshiba has let me down with this flaw in its service. I demand a full refund.
