Vestel Service Took My Toshiba 65 Inch TV Without Proper Box and Care
I called Arnavutköy Vestel Service on Monday, September 1st, regarding a crackling noise coming from the back of my 65-inch Toshiba 65UA3D63DT TV. When the service arrived, they asked for the box, but since the TV was a year old, I didn't have it. The service said they would find an empty box by Wednesday and left. When they returned on Wednesday, they said they could only find the box for a 58-inch TV. They tore every inch of the small box apart, loaded my 65-inch TV onto their truck, and took it to their workshop. There were no scratches, breaks, or deformities on my TV. I want to emphasize that if my TV is broken, scratched, or deformed, Arnavutköy Vestel Service is entirely responsible. The service representatives refused to take responsibility, saying, "Nothing will happen," and left. When I contacted customer service, they were told that only this service would be available. It was truly disappointing that Vestel Service couldn't find a suitable box in just three days. My product is under warranty and my service record has been created under the number 8113567905. I absolutely do not accept any damage to my TV and therefore I request that my TV be replaced with a new one.
