My New Toshiba 65-Inch Vidaa TV Screen Displayed Blur and Spots

Approximately two months ago, I purchased a Toshiba 65-inch 4K Ultra HD Vidaa TV from A101, but the screen has exhibited severe image distortion since day one. Human faces appear blotchy, blurry, and extremely low quality, making it impossible to watch even a regular broadcast.
Consequently, I contacted authorized service, and three technicians from Vestel authorized service came to my home to inspect the television. The technicians themselves visually confirmed that the display issue was abnormal and that the device was indeed defective. Despite this, neither a replacement nor a refund has been processed, and my grievance continues.
The service technicians attempted to dismiss the situation by claiming the issue was caused by signal frequencies, but experiencing such poor image quality on this unit while watching the same broadcast without any problems on other televisions is completely unacceptable. Paying approximately $863 for a brand-new television only to receive this performance—and being offered no resolution despite the service team acknowledging the defect—has been a major disappointment.
Since the defect on the television was acknowledged by the service team, I demand either a product replacement or a full refund, and I request that my grievance be resolved promptly.
