I Am Demanding Service Under Ticket 8119650454 for My Defective Toshiba Android TV

We have been experiencing severe issues with our Toshiba 65UA2363DT television since we started using it less than a year ago, including sudden screen blackouts, freezing, and total unresponsive or 60–120 second delayed remote control commands. These issues make it impossible to use the television normally.

Because Vestel handles service for this product, a service team visited our home two days ago. The only explanation provided by the technician was, "These run on Android OS, that's just how they are," attempting to blame the Android operating system and close the case. Using an excuse to dismiss the Android operating system rather than producing a technical solution, while attempting to normalize the defect, left me both shocked and disappointed.

This is hardly our first time using a device with an Android operating system. If this system is claimed to be inherently faulty, why is the product advertised and sold to consumers in this manner? The television fails to perform its basic functions—freezing, turning black, and leaving the remote completely unresponsive—rendering it unusable. Dismissing these defects with "that's just Android" is an approach I find entirely unacceptable.

Before applying to the Consumer Arbitration Board, I wish to bring this matter to the company's attention here and request a resolution one last time. For my product under service ticket number 8119650454, I demand that these issues be thoroughly inspected and permanently resolved rather than dismissed with "that's just Android," restoring the television to proper working order.
