I would like to thank the Vestel service for finding a solution to my complaint in a short time. Best regards.

I bought a Toshiba Android TV on April 13, 2023, and had it set up by Vestel service. After a while, I realized that more than 10 channels, such as Star and NTV, were not functioning. I reached out to Vestel service and described the situation. Prior to their arrival, they asserted that the problem was related to satellites. Even though they suggested it, both the satellite and cable were replaced, but the issue remains. The Vestel service is not accepting responsibility for the malfunction and declining to offer service for a TV covered by a 3-year warranty. When I asked about the next steps, a Vestel service representative gave me an unsatisfactory response, telling me to file a complaint wherever I pleased. I insist on either fixing or replacing the defective TV.

The complaint I mentioned on 26.02.2024 (1 day later) was resolved. I would like to thank the Şikayetvar website and Vestel service for finding a solution in a short time. Best regards.
