Brand-New Toshiba Android TV Keeps Restarting — Warranty Service Still Not Fixing It
I bought a brand-new Toshiba TV with an Android operating system, and the device is still under warranty. Even though the TV is only three months old, it constantly turns itself off and on, and it’s difficult to power it back on. Since it’s under warranty, I contacted the authorized service team. They came and updated the software, but the issue wasn’t fixed. I reported the problem again, they came back, said they would update the software once more, and they did — but the problem still continues.
I requested a replacement, but they refuse to replace the device. Now they’re claiming that the issue is caused by low frequency on a channel coming from my satellite dish, even though this has absolutely nothing to do with the problem. They still won’t approve a replacement. Additionally, Toshiba uses Vestel’s service infrastructure in Turkey.
I am requesting a proper solution and a full replacement for my defective TV.
