WePlay Wrongfully Banned My Device – I Need the Ban Lifted
My WePlay account (ID: 57926350) has been hit with a device ban, and I have no idea why! I was using the app as usual when suddenly, I found myself completely locked out. This is extremely frustrating, and I demand that this issue be resolved.
I understand that security measures are sometimes necessary, but banning my device without any valid reason is unacceptable. If I made a mistake, it was unintentional, and I assure you it won’t happen again. However, I shouldn’t have to beg to access my account when I did nothing wrong!
WePlay, lift my device ban immediately! If this is not resolved, I will be forced to file an official complaint.
