I signed up for TopPDF only to test its digital file conversion service through the free trial. During that process, I converted a single file and knowingly paid a small one-time fee of ₺5. However, shortly after, I was shocked to see that ₺1599 had been withdrawn from my account without my knowledge or approval. At no point was I shown any clear subscription terms, nor did I authorize any recurring charges. I had no intention of purchasing a subscription, and I never received proper disclosure about this fee.
As soon as I noticed the charge, I immediately canceled the so-called membership. Despite this, my refund request has not been honored. I contacted customer support via email, but I either received no response or was given unhelpful replies that did not resolve the issue.
Charging customers without explicit consent and failing to provide transparent subscription information is unacceptable. I am demanding the immediate refund of the unauthorized ₺1599 charge, the complete cancellation of any membership linked to my account, and a commitment from TopPDF to provide clear billing information in the future to prevent similar issues for other users.
