On August 2, 2025, I noticed that ₺959.40 was withdrawn from my account linked to TopPDF without my knowledge or approval. I had only used the service once to convert a PDF file during the free trial period. At no point did I agree to start a paid subscription, nor did I authorize any payment of this amount.
When I realized the charge, I immediately contacted TopPDF customer service by email. Unfortunately, the only response I received was a generic message telling me I could “cancel my membership.” No explanation was provided for why the money was taken, and no effort was made to address my complaint. I never signed up for any ongoing membership beyond the free trial, and I certainly did not give consent for this charge.
I demand that TopPDF refund the unauthorized ₺959.40 taken from my account and ensure that my account is fully canceled. This type of hidden billing is unacceptable, and I expect the company to resolve my issue promptly so that other users do not suffer the same unfair treatment.
