I used the Toppdf website to convert a file and paid ₺5 for a one-time service by entering my card details. That payment was approved, and I assumed the transaction was complete. However, the next day, on August 5, I was shocked to see that an additional ₺1599 had been withdrawn from my card without my knowledge or consent. I never received any prior notification, warning, or approval request about such a large charge.
I immediately canceled the so-called subscription that appeared on my account. I even received an email confirming that my membership had been canceled, but despite this, my money was not refunded. I contacted the support team by email, and instead of resolving the issue, they only told me that no further charges would be made. This response is completely unacceptable since the original ₺1599 was never returned to me.
I am demanding the immediate refund of the ₺1599 that was wrongfully taken from my account. Toppdf must stop misleading customers, delete my card details from their system, and ensure no unauthorized charges occur again. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter through legal channels.
