I used the TopPDF website on July 21 to convert a file and paid ₺5 as a one-time fee with my Ziraat Bank card. The next day, July 22, I was shocked to see that ₺1599 had been withdrawn from my account without my permission. At no point did I authorize a subscription, and I never received any prior notification that such a large charge would be made.
After discovering the withdrawal, I immediately canceled my supposed subscription. I even received an email confirming that my membership was canceled, but despite this, my money has not been refunded. To make matters worse, my account access was blocked, and I can no longer log in to check anything related to the transaction.
I contacted TopPDF’s support team via email, but the only response I received was that no further withdrawals would be made. This is unacceptable because the issue is not about future charges—it is about the ₺1599 already taken from me without consent. I was misled and deprived of access to the service I never agreed to continue using.
I demand a full refund of the unauthorized ₺1599 charge immediately and expect TopPDF to address this matter transparently. I also urge the company to stop misleading users with unclear payment terms and ensure that no one else experiences the same unfair treatment.
