Tommy Hilfiger Pants Developed White Streaks After Washing
On April 24, 2026, I purchased a pair of Tommy Hilfiger pants from the Gaziantep Prime Mall store. After washing the pants for the very first time, noticeable white streaks appeared throughout the fabric, leaving visible discoloration and damage.
Because of this issue, I returned the pants to the store on May 23, 2026, and they were sent for inspection. Today, I received a message informing me that my claim had been denied and that I could pick up the product from the store. I cannot accept that a defect which appeared after the very first wash has been treated as though it were caused by user error, with no meaningful resolution being offered.
I paid approximately ₺5,800 for these pants, and I believe a product at this price should not deteriorate after a single wash. I am requesting a full refund of the purchase price. I can also provide my original receipt when collecting the product, and I ask that the inspection be conducted again in a fair and thorough manner so that my complaint can be properly resolved.
