US Polo Shoes Stitching Sole Defect

I purchased a pair of U.S. Polo branded shoes with barcode number 8684626327615 from the Flo store in Ordu city center on 20 October 2025. I used the shoes in daily life under normal conditions, without any impact, deformation attempt, or misuse that could damage them. Despite this, as of 19 March 2026, serious quality issues appeared on the product. The stitches on the shoes burst, openings occurred on the soles, and threads started to come out from the joint points on both shoes. The shoes have lost their neat appearance and comfort, and they are no longer suitable for healthy and safe use. After noticing these defects, I personally visited the store where I purchased the product twice and requested that the shoes be exchanged, considering them to be defective. However, my exchange requests were rejected both times without offering a satisfactory explanation or solution. This situation has caused me both financial and moral grievance because a product purchased with the expectation of long-term use has become unusable in a relatively short period of time. I consider the problems that occurred in the stitches, sole, and joint parts in this time frame to be manufacturing and quality defects, not user-related errors. I kindly request that these U.S. Polo branded shoes with barcode number 8684626327615 be exchanged with a new and fault-free product as soon as possible and that my grievance be resolved.
Progress
On October 20, 2025, I purchased a U.S. Polo Assn. brand shoe at the FLO store in Ordu and paid 2,299 TL. I used the shoes for about five months, only for daily city use under normal conditions. The receipt/invoice for my purchase bears the number 102021201003.
On March 19, 2026, I noticed that the threads were visibly coming out from the seams on both shoes, and that the outer side of the right shoe had begun to open on the right side. I therefore approached the same FLO store in Ordu and requested a replacement. The product was examined, and the conclusion was that the damage was due to user error. I did not accept this decision and asked for a second review, but the second examination also labeled it as user error and rejected my request.
For a shoe of this price‑performance level, such rapid deterioration—threads pulling out from everywhere, the beginnings of openings, and seams at the joints bursting—is, in my view, not normal. Treating all of these problems as user error and the company's refusal to stand behind the product has made me question the importance placed on customer satisfaction and has caused me serious disappointment.
Considering the hardship I have suffered, the condition shown in the attached photos, and the short period of use, I request that the case be re‑evaluated, that my shoes be exchanged, or, if deemed appropriate, that a refund be provided.

On October 20, 2025, I purchased a u. S. Polo Assn. shoe from the FLO store in Ordu, and stitching and thread problems have emerged. On March 19, 2026, I went to the store and requested an exchange, but the company said it was a user error and did not get in touch. So far I have not received any solution or response.
Issues with stitching and the sole appeared on my product. I went to the store twice to request an exchange, but each time my request was rejected and no communication was provided. So far, I find the brand’s approach poor.
