Lufian T-Shirt Faded After Only Three Days of Use

On 29 April 2026, I shopped at your Tokat store and purchased trousers, a shirt, a T-shirt and socks. I am 43 years old and, to be honest, this is the first time in my life that I have liked a T-shirt this much. It was also the first time I preferred the Lufian brand. Due to the rainy weather across the country, I did not use the T-shirt at all until 6 May 2026. I wore it for the first time on Wednesday, 6 May 2026 at around 13:00, and I also used it on Thursday and Friday. While using it, a single drop of water fell on the belly area while I was drinking water. When I looked about two hours later, I saw a yellowing/fading at that spot. At first I thought it would disappear after washing. However, when I took the T-shirt off, I noticed a distinct fading in a stripe along the collar as well. The product was washed in accordance with the care instructions, on a short 30-degree programme of about 30 minutes. After washing, I saw that the faded areas remained exactly the same and there was no improvement. On 9 May, I delivered the product to your Tokat store for inspection/warranty processing. I would particularly like to state that many T-shirts I have used over the years have faded over time, but in none of them has this happened within 2–3 days of use and almost without any sun exposure. In my previous experiences, such fading, if it occurred, took at least 2 years. In this case, I believe there is an obvious and visible fading problem that does not even need to be debated, rather than a borderline issue that should be sent to warranty. I had to return a T-shirt for which I paid approximately ₺2,400 to the store after not even being able to use it for a total of three days, and since I still needed a T-shirt, I had to shop again from another brand. When I explained what I had experienced during that purchase, I was told that if such a situation occurred there, they would replace it immediately within one month, which made me even more disappointed with this experience. Based on all these reasons, I think that a brand like Lufian, which I consider to be high quality and corporate, will resolve this grievance quickly and with a customer satisfaction-oriented approach. I kindly request that, taking into account the grievance I have experienced, you assist me with either a one-to-one replacement of the T-shirt with a fault-free product, or a full refund of the amount I have paid.
