I recently purchased a dress from Capacity, and my experience has been nothing short of a fashion disaster. After wearing it just once, the fabric started pilling and forming unsightly lumps. To add insult to injury, the dress managed to attract a mysterious oil stain on the very day I wore it. In a desperate attempt to salvage the situation, I used Kosla's product for colored fabrics, only to discover that it caused the material to unravel in the treated areas. Frustrated, I took the dress back to the store, hoping for a resolution.
The store claimed to conduct an investigation, and their findings were downright laughable—they concluded that a chemical spill was the culprit. At 46, I know a thing or two about what can and can't be spilled on clothing. I certainly don't have the inclination to pour bleach on my garments. How they conducted their examination remains a mystery to me.
My entire family, from myself to my little daughter, has been loyal customers of the Tommy brand. However, after this ordeal, I've lost all confidence in this once-prestigious label. I won't be purchasing anything from Tommy for myself, my family, or anyone in my circle. It's a shame; the amount spent on this brand, and all I got was a one-time wear. It's not something I'm willing to forgive. They offer no assistance whatsoever. It's a pity and a shame for the money spent; apparently, it's only good for a single use. I won't be back.
