Wifey decided to use Kosla liquid detergent for the first time on my very expensive, unwashed pants during a delicate wash cycle. To my dismay, the pants lost their color and were rendered unwearable after just one wash. Seeking resolution, I reached out to the company's support team and explained the issue with accompanying photos. Their response was disheartening, as they placed the blame solely on me for not adhering to the provided instructions. I even offered to send the pants for testing, but they declined the opportunity. If this matter remains unresolved, I'm prepared to take legal action by filing a case in Consumer Court. It's worth mentioning that other clothing items suffered a similar fate, although their lower value softened the blow.
