Disappointing Quality and Customer Service of Tommy Hilfiger

I could only wear the dress we purchased from the Bakrkoy Capacity store. First, the dress's fabric fuzzed and pilled. Second, it became smeared with oil on the day I wore it. When I used Kosla's product on colorful things, it caused fading where I used it. I took it to the store, and they stated they'd look into it. The inquiry revealed that it appeared to be a chemical leak, which was extremely amusing. I'm 46 years old, and I know exactly what can and cannot be spilled where. I'm not in the mood to spill bleach. I'm not sure how or on what basis they performed the investigation. My entire family, including my young daughter, wears Tommy. However, I will no longer purchase Tommy products for myself, my family, or anyone else in my life. Even though it is expensive, I have lost faith in this brand. They are completely useless. It's a disgrace, a sin for the money; it appears to have been designed to be worn only once. It does not sit well with me. We're not going to purchase it any longer.
