Bershka Sent Me a Bodysuit With Menstrual Stains - Did Not Check the Replacement

I was really surprised by the lack of attention to detail from a brand such as Bershka. I was taken aback when I opened my package and found visible menstrual blood on the bodysuit they sent me. I honestly found it hard to comprehend—how could this possibly get through a quality check, assuming there was one in place? I sent the item back, expecting the replacement to be managed correctly, but the new one came in just as poor packaging and obviously hadn’t been inspected either. This entire experience has truly left me feeling quite disturbed and disheartened. It seems my confidence as a customer was entirely overlooked. It’s not only about getting a stained item; it’s the disregard and lack of respect that came after. I feel genuinely disappointed.
