Tommee Tippee Cup from Broke After 2 Days, Now Water Won’t Flow

I purchased a Tommee Tippee cup about two months ago, thinking I was paying extra for higher quality. Unfortunately, just two days after buying it, the cap broke and kept coming off whenever my daughter used it. Now, after only a couple of months, the water won’t even flow through the cup, no matter how hard we try. We’ve tested it ourselves, and it’s unusable. It’s frustrating to spend money on a product that doesn’t last. Earning money isn’t easy, and it feels like the money I spent has gone to waste. I’d appreciate assistance in resolving this issue, as this situation is unacceptable.
