Tommee Tippee Straw Bottle Lid and Mechanism Defects: Waiting for Resolution


We purchased a Tommee Tippee straw bottle, but the top part of the lid wouldn’t fit correctly. It was clear from the start that this was a manufacturing defect, as the latch where the lid attaches was too small. We requested an exchange or refund, but were told we would have to wait a month because it’s a hygiene product. We were then advised to request a replacement part, which we did, but it’s been ten days, and we’re still waiting. In the meantime, we’ve been using the bottle without a lid and discovered another defect—the internal mechanism keeps coming loose, preventing proper drinking. Our issue has not been resolved, and we’re constantly being told to wait. We urgently request that our problem be addressed and resolved immediately!
